Who We Are

Chillio Pty Ltd is an Australian software company with more than 20 years of software development experience. We create simple, practical applications for consumers and businesses.

Information We Collect

Most of our applications:

• work completely offline,
• do not require user accounts,
• do not require registration or login,
• do not collect personal information.

In some applications, limited technical tokens or identifiers may be stored locally on the device or temporarily used for application functionality. These tokens are not linked to any personally identifiable individual.

Third-Party Services

Some of our applications may interface with third-party platforms or services, such as Twilio.

When this occurs:

• user data, messages, call records, credentials, or related information are stored only by the third-party provider,
• Chillio Pty Ltd does not store or maintain copies of that information on our own servers,
• the handling of that information is governed by the privacy policy and terms of the respective third-party provider.

Data Storage

We generally do not operate backend servers for our applications. Any data used by the application is typically stored only on the user’s own device or directly within the connected third-party service.

Security

We aim to keep our applications simple and secure by minimizing data collection and avoiding unnecessary storage of user information.

Our applications are not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
